Frequently Asked Questions
Let’s face it, everyone needs a well designed face to their building. Whether is a book, slide show presentation, pamphlet, social media posts, you name it we can do it.
You can be an entrepreneur, an established business owner, a charity, an agency. We are a good fit to basically anyone that wants their materials to look good and represent them well.
On most tasks you’ll get your 1st draft in 24 hours. If you are happy with the first draft then call it a day and you can already focus on the next project or design task. Happy days!
More complex design tasks such as a website/app, landing page, pitch decks, and multi-page booklets will require more time (but we’ll know about it based on the info you input on our design request form).
You can request as many tasks as you want a month and at the same time you may have as many revisions as you might need in your designs!
We will work on your task until you are 100% happy with it. With unlimited we mean freedom!

The Futures can take on almost all of your graphic design needs. We do not do UI/UX design, branding, or video, or complex illustrations. Here is a more complete guideline of our Scope of Service.
Once you sign up, you must complete on-boarding, which usually takes less than 24 hours. This allows us to properly welcome you and allocate a team to your upcoming designs.
During on-boarding you can already make your first design request and after on-boarding is complete you are good to go and can begin to let all of your design requests come in.
We are sure you care about quality and so do we. You can send in as many requests as you want and your designer(s) will work through them like a production line.
In all instances it is key to use common sense at the time of making any requests. Longer, more complex jobs will or may take more time, however, if this is the case we will always make sure to communicate it to you or send it to you in portions so you can begin revisions of your designs. It is always a good rule of thumb to request a first prototype-draft that can serve as guideline for larger more repetitive design jobs.
